MRT Class is fun, personalized interval training that alternates periods of short-intense weight and cardio work with less-intense recovery periods. Research studies verify interval training burns more calories and fat than other workouts and will keep burning fat for 24 to 48 hours after you stop exercising.

MRT - Our signature class is limited to 12 people. At roughly 50 mins long, our version of HIIT is no joke. Diversity is what makes our class so special. From the music to chalkboard.

MRT CLIMB - The next revolution in interval training. FIRST! Vertical climbers in this type of class allow for movements otherwise not possible. Smiling is optional. 

MRT Exclusive - Make it your own. Our premium location and amenities are ideal for private classes. The correct order is: take a class together and then go to brunch.
