MRT Class is fun, personalized interval training that alternates periods of short-intense weight and cardio work with less-intense recovery periods. Types of MRT

MRT CLIMB - The next revolution in interval training. Vertical climbers in this type of class allow for movements otherwise not possible. Smiling is optional.
MRT Exclusive - Make it your own. Our premium location and amenities are ideal for private classes. The correct order is: take a class together and then go to brunch.
